Itireleng CHC renders comprehensive primary health care services to the communities of Dobsinville and the nearby Braam Fisherville communities. The facility serves a growing population and was initially build to serve only the community of Dobsinville with a population of 56,000, however with the increasingly growing population of the nearby Braamfischerville( +/-46,000)the facility has seen a remarkable increase of clients making use of services resulting in space constraints. The facility is planning to increase access to emergency care after hours, however due to space constraints and no proper emergency unit to render the service from the planning has been delayed.

Thanks to a whopping R2.2 million from TRUWORTHS, this clinic is now fully renovated and equipped. The clinic now also boasts a fully equipped 2 bedded resuscitation unit, the first for the community it serves.
