Itireleng CHC renders comprehensive primary health care services to the communities of Dobsinville and the nearby Braam Fisherville communities. The facility serves a growing population and was initially build to serve only a population of 56,000. With the increasingly growing population nearby of over 46, 000 in 2013, the facility saw a remarkable increase of clients. The facility was planning to increase access to emergency care after hours, however due to space constraints and no proper emergency unit to render the service from, the planning was delayed.

The SAME Foundation partnered with TRUWORTHS, who gave R2.2 million towards the hospital. In 2013 this clinic was fully renovated and equipped with a 2 bedded resuscitation unit, the first for the community it serves.
