Bonga Primary is located in Gugulethu and teaches 659 small little learners. With a community of 98,500 people who sees an unemployment rate of 60%, these learners need help learning science to equip them for their future.

Students at the school are taught science as one of their subjects, however, it is difficult for them to learn. The school longs to offer quality teaching for its learners, however, the school needs proper space, resources, and equipment.
SAME Foundation approached the school to help with a new science laboratory filled with adequate resources to teach the learners.
